Entangled Particles Hospitality is led by Mark Mittleman — an award-winning Director of Operations, Culinary Director, and , Executive Chef, with over two decades of hands-on experience. Mark has opened, rebranded, and optimized dozens of concepts from New York to California and beyond, from fast-casual to fine dining, from food trucks to multi-unit chains.
